It's called "In The Party Mood", I forget who by. The name comes up if you have the subtitles on.

It used to be the theme tune to 'Housewife's choice' on radio many years ago.

"In Party Mood" by Jack Strachey is what is on the subtitles. It was Composed by Jack Strachey.
