OK, at risk of sounding very stupid here... the San Miguel advert with Ines de Castro and 'Micheal' - I don't get the ending at all! Could someone explain it to me?

This is obvious. Ines is a ghost, and had been tempting men over the generations. The pictures show her with various men in the past.
