You know when you're driving along the motorway and there's some truck parked up with a giant a-board trailer type thing advertising something....? well what would you call these things as I am trying to find a company who do them and don't know what to search for on google - giant a-boards is returning nothing appropriate!

They're usually called Advans in the UK - often use them for clients wanting quick exposure at an event etc.
