I too have wondered this... i think it could be a Michael Brook track, you know the guitarist guy who made the amazing 'Cobalt Blue' album which featured 'Ultramarine' from the HEAT soundtrack. In answer to your question I think the track you are looking for is called 'Skip Wave' by Michael Brook. It can be found on that album I spoke of. I could be wrong though.
