In that 4 year old advert someone said, we are portraying a woman through each stage of her life.

Unless they had bumped her off early they needed an older version.

Subconscious ancestral fear of the crone expressed as an aesthetic concern. We wear our white or greying hair and lines as we carry other scars as symbols of life lived. Old women exist, get over it.

Some times all you need is great acting skills and way of speaking which we call marketing and for some peoples white or grey hair are also very attractive so stop being judgemental may she is getting so much work due to her skills.
