I cannot stand the advert with the babies coughing and screaming in time and tune to a familiar nursery rhyme. Okay, I recognise that it's "annoyance" is what makes it memorable but ggaaahhh it makes a usually maternal young lady think evil thoughts!

Never seen them - what are they advertising and what channel are they on??
Video it and use it as a contraceptive aid. Babies whinge like that all the time then when they grow up they get worse.

I've made exactly the same point on here a few weeks ago - to almost no response!

I agree it is upsetting and frankly sinister to use children's distress to make a 'funny' (?) advert.

Yes i don't like adverts with crying babies. Not fair to upset a baby or not console it for the sake of media.
Babies don't necessarily cry like that all the time..depends how you treat them. Force them into routines, train them, deny them affection then yes they will (those who say you spoil with cuddles tend to be those who end up truly spoiling with material possesions!). Hold them whenever they need it, provide them with a secure start and they will be fine and happy!
Leaving a baby to cry has consequences...the effects the cortisol has on a developing brain can last a lifetime. Just cuddling and caring in the beginning will save alot of trouble later on believe me!

What is it advertising? Have never stayed on the channel long enough to find out. Is it a children's cough medicine?
