Carmina Burana, is the one that usually keeps coming up, It's a brilliant peice of music!

The music is called Ave Satani, and it is by Jerry Goldsmith, very dischordant and dark music it is, probably why it is so well suited to the film, and the translation of the lyrics used is dark as well
