Tv Car Personal Contact Ad Actor -Another Long Shot

My wife is desperate to know the name of the male actor who was advertising the advantages of leasing a car a year or two ago. Always a new car,  latest technology, fits growing family, stops boredom.

At the end of the ad he drove off without his wife and children, leavingbthem on the drive, commenting that they were a fake family, hired for the ad.

He could be a famous actor. Distinctive voice and mannerisms, rugged good looks, late 40s. 

Any idea?

I knew the ad you meant but couldn't mind on the name of the firm so Googled videos for car lease tv ads and eventually seen Zen Autos mentioned which rang a bell and there he was!
