Bill Oddie does the B&Q ads. I am sure that it is Derek Griffiths, who both narrates and appears in the ad.

It's not Derek Griffiths in the ad - its the neighbour in Gimme Gimme Gimme - and I'm pretty sure it's not Bill Oddie's voice over. I came on here to find out who it is.
