It's called 'This Woman's Work'. Not sure the exact date of it, but it's one of her 1980s ones I think.

Yes that is the track and it has been released on a 2 CD set called Sunday Morning Songs.

Its from her cd called The Sensual World, and yeah, its This Womans work. Its actually about a womans child dying. Very sad. Gotta love Bush tho!! It was also used in the drama starring Tamzin Outhwaite called Walk away and i stumble.
