The ad is for ING Direct and the tune is a guitar version of "Tom Hark". But who is it by please?

The Swinging Safari, by Bert Kaempfert and arranged by Edrich Siebert, which is played in the background in the TV advert for ING Direct!

there was a song 'tom hark' in the eighties done by 'the piranhas' but it sounded nothing like the tune on the ad. that's alli know anyway.
