Saw the most recent KFC ad last night - the one for the "Mum's night off bucket" or something like that and was intrigued by some small print at the bottom of the screen which said "offer not available in Tyne Tees television region". Why not? What has Tyne Tees done to offend KFC??!

So, for example, if the sales of KFC go up 10% in every area that has the advertising, but stays flat in Tyne Tees they know the advert is working.
I would assume they leave one area out each time, so it is not always Tyne Tees, so they can measure the success of each different type of advert.
