Car ad in Barcelona

Hi there, I'm trying to find out the name of a song played in a car ad about a year ago, the car is driving all around Barcelona and then he drives into the plaza and gets out - that's all I can remember!

Anyway, the song is very haunting, a guy with a really high falsetto voice singing (almost wailing, in fact!) over a faint piano. He sounds a little like Thom Yorke from Radiohead. I think it was actually released and was mildly successful for a while but I never took note of what is was called.

Can anyone tell me what this song is called?

probbaly more than a year ago though - the concept of the ad was that while he was in his car he swished about the empty street, but as soon as he got out there were loads of people?
