Did anyone see that Carling advert on Dennis Norden's laughter file on ITV last night. Brilliant.

Its Ok I suppose, don't find it funny though- was I supposed to?

If you can hear what they are singing, or read it at the bottom of the page, that is what makes it funny.

I often find that if an advert is funny I never remember what it is for. That is the danger of making an advert TOO funny.

You need to make it JUST funny enough so that people remember the advert AND the product.
