Does anyone know the name of a 1990s eurobeat theme tune that was at one point used for the 2000 olympics french team opening ceremony entrance?

I don't really have anymore that I can give information wise. I can't think of any other time it has been used but is quite famous.

Perhaps I could upload my version of it (I can play it on synth perhaps). It's really sad but it's been buggin me for years.
