Does any one understand the current Barcleys advert, where that man is still at work and he goes into the office and plays a round of golf? Please could someone explain?

my take on it is this :

the man is so busy working on good ideas for barclays, he hasn't realised everyone has gone home, he has a good idea and goes into his bosses office to tell her - he realises everyone has gone home, so leaves a note. While he's in the office, he see's the executive toy, and plays with it, breaking the telly .. The advert os for insurance i think so phew! it's gonna be covered!
