Is it Kate Bush singing on the Broadband advert (Something in the Air, the old Thunderclap Newman ad)? I didn't think she'd do anything so down-market, and it sounds a bit lower pitched than her voice.

No, it's Hayley Sanderson. If you look on the talk talk site they've got a lot of info about the track.
