what is the name of the song and artist from the car ad (maybe peuguot or vauxhall) where theres a suburban street with bublles coming of the side of the road. and then theres a giant radio playing the words and "now i am free"

It sounds like the advert for the Volkswagon Eos convertible ad. The music to that is by The Dallas Guild called "Men in white coats". ;-)
