Mick Hucknall did do a cover on an album but I'm not sure who does this version but I have also seen it answered on here before and someone did know ! If oyu do a search it may come up with the goods

The original is by Gregory Issacs and it demolishes the ginger one's rather palid imitation.

The advert is a cover version - a well-done cover version, but not the original. It often occurs that it is simpler to re-record a song than go through a maze of copyright permission and royalty payments to use the original.
