What is the music playing in the background when a group of celebrities take turns to say what they would change if they were in charge of christmas?

Brian Blessed is one of the actors and the music is also used to advertise Sky UKTV (Gold?).

A couple of the lines go a bit like this:

kids playing merrily out in the snow
folks dressing up to visit people they know

and ends: that's how you know it's christmas.
