Male Model Paul Skelfer?

Does anyone know if the model in the new Land Rover Ad is Paul Skelfer (I'm not sure of the spelling of his surname). He was around in the late 90's and did an ad for lucozade with the 2 fat slags from Viz magazine and also modelled for Next. He's gorgeous.

Looks like him,,,,His surname is Sculfor...I was working on a building site with him when his mum put him into the News of the World modelling competition which he won....the rest is history
