In the advert where the main guy is looking up Best Man's speeches on the internet.... I don't understand, when he says "..and you could hear him in Nairobi.." (during the actual wedding scene) no body laughs and his girlfriend and children all cringe! Am I missing something here, or is the idea that we aren't supposed to know what it means and why it isn't funny?

my boyfriend and i are perplexed by this ad too, I'm glad we are not the only ones!

I find this entire 'series' of BT ads really irritating. So glad I'm not a BT customer!
i thought that to but i think that no-one was supposed to know what had happened in nairobi.sorry if i am wrong.
I may be wrong but I think he's referring to the couple's sex life which is funny until he brings a photo up on Powerpoint to back up his claim (but we don't see that). ???
Hang on - so does he actually bring up a photo, or is this in your imagination?

The above sounds a bit abrupt - it's not meant to - just a genuine question.
