Advert on Sky ...Coming Soon 8

There is some advert showing every 2 mins which shows a ring of fire type thing in the shape of an 8....any idea what it's all about?

As far as i can gather its about the fact that from Feb '8' you cn download dvd films or something like that, sorry i'm not very technical and i still use the pre-historic video recorder, but its along those lines : )
