sunsilk advert voice?

Who is doing the voice over on the Sunsilk adverts, the one where women are queing up everywhere, and the voice is shouting what colour they are supposed to be. I believe it's one of the gay guys from the 'sex in the city' series, my mate thinks it's Ruby Wax. please help!
