Think this ad is great - did they actually make a real cake car with seats and engine etc? What became of it afterwards - was it eaten??

I don't imagine very much of it was real cake, I think the weight of all that cake would make the whole thing collapse!!!

Still think it is a magic advert - fantastic concept
It was all real food and they ended up dumping most of it as the studio lights made the cake go off - full story here:-

they did make it all from cake it was on the BBC website yesterday, it was the first time they made it and it cost �55,000 to make the advert.

Thanks to all - the only question now is whether they will produce a video of the cake being made - in real time. Skoda could also look at marketing a range of cooking accessories - little Skoda cake tins for kids parties etc...... worth a thought - just remember where you heard it first!
