It is a cover of Wonderful World, the old Louis Armstrong classic. Sounds like The Ramones (or someone not as good as that). I'll see what i can dig up on the net!

Well whadya know, the Ramones DID do a cover of What Wonderful World, I just downloaded it (shhh don't tell anybody) and it could be the version on the ad, not absolutely sure though. But it's a great track anyway!
