What is the song being played in the cartoonish advert recently released

What is the name of the song and who did it where the four cartoon characters are playing before one of them playing the guitar gets out of hand and plays a ryth from some other song or just a different bit of the first one? Sorry can't remember the advert though, looked like an Ebay style but probably not.

The second song is ocean colour scene and The River Boat Song.

Yer the second bit is The Riverboat Song but its the first part that I cannot figure out. At first I thought it was part of the same song but it sounds different slightly.
