In the recent P & O Cruises advert, the cruise ship is show entering a harbour with a tall church in the background near the water's edge.

Does anyone know where this location is?

I've just had a look around Venice on Microsoft Live Search, and I think the church is the one on the Isola di Sant'Elena:
