Sorry I answered this before with the correct artist but wrong 'song title'.
The singer is Anabel del Rio but in fact the piece we hear in the advert has no title as it was just a segment written especially for the advert.
I spent hours tracking this down and eventually got the information via a similar Q&A site in Spanish!!!! This took me to Anabel del Rios website where it says she has written many pieces for adverts including the Canarias one.
