Who is the black model (who kinda looks like Solange/Beyonce) In this Maybelline Volume Express advert? It's been bugging me for ages cos she's so damn gorgeous but she's not signed to Maybelline (or just not famous enough for them to claim her) and everywhere else i go i get "it's quiana grant"
