They used The Way You Look Tonight by Frank Sinatra in 2004 . Not seen the latest one , but they often reuse old ones . Listen here

If your talking about the piano piece used for Christmas 07, then that question was bugging me too! So I wrote to Ernest Jones and they told me that the work was
"specially commissioned for Ernest Jones and as such is classified information which we are not at liberty to give out."
