Super Noodles Advert. Is this Max?

Does anyone remember the super noodles ad from a few years ago. It showed a ginger haired guy sitting on the sofa eating his noodles. His girlfriend then goes to help herself to some & he isn't going to let her have them, until he sees that the dog has been eating them. So he gives them to her.

She then says 'Ah, you really love me, don't you'. He grins & does a thumbs up sign. It was a really funny ad & I am sure that the guy in it, is the one who plays Max in Eastenders, though he was a bit fatter in the advert. I've tried the Eastenders website, but can't find out anything.

Any help much appreciated.

You're right about the advert. It's Jake Wood who plays Max.

I've been trying to get this information for ages & it's been driving me nuts.

I haven't been able to find anything about the ad amongst all the biographical stuff I have read. Your link is the first one I have seen. I am so relieved.
