I think its the advert for the Suzuki Vitara. It's a group of children singing, ' go where you wanna go, do what you wanna do ...go where you want, do what you want..'. Anyone know the title or artist?

The title is Go Where You Wanna Go. The original was by The Mamas & The Papas, though obviously that's not the version on the ad.

According to the advert site 'What's That Called' it was just a group of school children brought together just for this particular advert.
