Put me out of my misery please. What's the name of the building society being advertised where an objectionable male assistant tries to rip off the couple who then walk out and into the 'nice' building society.

well,i'm with the Abbey,and,i while i was at the counter,i picked up a leaflet that was offering mortgage reductions.When the guy that was serving me saw this,he said,"i'm afraid its just like it says in the advert,brand new customers only"!!! poor fella was actually blushing as he said it!! i said that i was sure he hated that advert,and he just nodded in a long suffering manner lol.
