Read somewhere that a girl called Corrina Greyson or some surname similar sings the copy of this Lesley Gore song used on the tv advert for Butlins...from a band called The Way Out...but Ive never heard of her nor the band...anyone know of her?

Right, then. I've done a bit of research and despite what 90% of websites referring to it say, the version on the ad is definitely NOT Lesley Gore, although she did the original. It is indeed by The Way Out featuring Corinna Greyson on vocals. If you compare the ad version:

Corinna Greyson is not a member of the band, and seems to be a bit of a vocal "gun for hire", cropping up as guest or backing vocalist for a number of artists.
