In the Oasis Cactus kid adverts, the woman says at the end, "guess my mom now knows how I got sunburn on the soles of my feet" (or words to that effect). What does she mean?

well she tells her mum she's pregnant with cactus kids kis and I guess she was laying down when she did it.
