car advert; mid 1990's

does anyone know of a commercial for a car (i think) where a man is driving his girlfriend and appears to be lost but has actually planned a surprise meal at a remote restaurant (or something?)? What is the ad for exactly and how can i find it? I only ask 'cos someone wrote into viz's 'letterbocks' page and said: doesn't it sound like the girlfriend turns to the guy and says 'this is the last time i ever f***ing anywhere'...grammatically incorrect but funny nonetheless.
I hadn't noticed before reading this letter but once i had, i couldn't tell what she was actually saying, and to this day can't remember anything really, other than that one line which was clearly not ever actually said in the (or any-!) ad.
please can someone help me?

was it a little blue? car and it looked like they were driving somewhere like Italy. Thought the woman had dark hair and was the guy Hugo Speer? May well have been a Fiat they were advertising if we are thinking of the same ad.

Quite catchy music to the ad too.
