what is the name of the song and the band from the surf small and mighty lemon and bergamot advert?

I don't know either but I have been typing it in on Google, Ask.com, Wikipedia - the lot! I know a bit of the song where it goes: "... but it's got rights and so have I." Which is the last bit of lyrics in the advert. I know this informations been useless but hey, that's my name! ;)
