I vaguely recall an ad involving a policeman where time seemed to run backwards. I think the music was from Pink Floyd's "Dark Side Of The Moon".
Oops! Sorry, I've just seen it again. I've mixed up my programme trailers. My previous answer was wrong.

Hi

It's Ian Brown, 'Happy Ever After', which is on his latest album 'Solarized', which is great, by the way!

Cheers

Rachie

It's Moby : God Moving Over The Face of the Waters. It's the track played at the end of Michael Mann's HEAT, and appears on the soundtrack CD for that film. I dare say it's on a Moby LP somewhere as well.
For anyone else looking for this tune, it's definitely Ian Brown 'Happy Ever After' as pointed out by Rachie, and not Moby.
