Old chocolate advert

A while back their was an advert for a chocolate snack , and it had a guy getting on a train to 'Its a wonderfull, wonderfull life......' being sung. Does anyone know the name of the chocolate and the actor in it ?

Hi JGrieve. I remember the advert , it was for a bag of chocolate sweets called Strollers and featured the guy walking really slowly everywhere whilst everything passed him by quite quickly. I can't really remember now what they tasted like but I remembered the advert straight away and that it was a bag of little mini chocolate sweets , a bit like revels. Don't know who the actor is though i'm afraid.

Thanks very much , for an exceptionaly quick answer :) I had a sneaky suspicion it was Todd Carty for some reason , but I cant find any evidence. I have a bet with my sister you see.
