It might be by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole. He did a medley of somewhere over the rainbow and what a wonderful world, and I remember hearing it recently on an advert. I might be completely wrong though.

If it is the version by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole, you'll find it on the "Meet Joe Black" soundtrack.
