i also despise the butter advert (not sure which brand) the woman with short blonde hair uses a cocktail stick to get the dreggs of butter from the bottom of the pot, and the noise it makes goes right through me, it makes me feel sick, in fact i rrreeaaalllyy HATE that one!

 HELLO MUM ,ITS ONLY A COMMERCIAL- that one I cannot stand it and michael winners face is so smug everytime that advert comes on I want to punch the television screen!

Stoo-pid, you beat me to it! I was heading straight for the Answer button to say exactly the same thing! Otherwise its ads. that don't make sense - the current Ford Fiesta 'ice hockey' one being a case in point. Trendry images - 10, information about the product - 0!

andy, i  may be misguided, but I think the point of the Fiesta ads is that the car is very robust... in the same vein as the pinball one that preceded it

There is someone even smuggerer (?) than Michael Winner, and that's the woman who bakes gingerbread men, cakes  and puddings with a sugar substitute - then sits in her idyllic garden overlooking an idyllic bay sipping her perfect coffee with a look on her face that just asks for a punch!

It annoys me so much I don't even know what the stuff is called!

One for northern ireland people - the one where the weathergirls says "FREE" repeatedly for the whole ad.

 

Not very effective advertising as we have to turn it off before the end and still dont know what its for

I hate the one with the 43 year old Scouse woman that says "i'm only 17" I think its for insurance or something, also hate the one with the aggressive woman who says "HOW MUCH COMPENSATION WILL I RECEIVE?".  And a message for Mully.. Calm down dear, it's only a commercial. :)

I can't stand the Cadbury's 'Happiness' ones with those animals...they make me cringe for some reason! Thankfully Linda Barker isn't on every other advert at the moment, just the odd one or two, so I'm not quite as irritated anymore....

JAMSTER!!!! If you're unfamiliar with these repetative Mobile Phone download ad's, try watching any Sky Music channel late at night and you'll see. I had a rant about them in AB a few weeks back, I am not alone. The girl's voice is the most irritating i've ever heard.

definitely agree on the ringtone ads, but the one that goes right through me is the kellogs crunchy nut one when she tips the milk all down her neck in the car. quite a good ad, but the milk-down-the-neck thing makes me cringe, it's gross!

The Philips ads.

 

Firstly the really long - and especially pointless - one is full of annoying and down-right insulting stereotypes (the kid says it's technology his dad can use, the old lady says it's technology that doesn't make her feel inadequate, the bloke with the Northern accent says it's technology that he doesn't find confusing, etc, etc). God, they should be dragged into the street and beaten for that.

Secondly the bit at the end with like the two chimes is just eugh...  It goes right through me.

 

Also, anything badly dubbed is dead annoying.

 

I must admit though, I quite like the Gillette one with Beckham in - it's so crap it's funny!
