New Sky HD advert music

I just saw a new Sky HD (?) advert, featuring someone (don't know who) being interviewed. It had some piano music in, no singing, that was familiar but I just couldn't get it. It was shown during the break in Deal or No Deal. It's annoying me now, I'm hoping someone knows.

I really want to know what that music is as well it's so nice. I know it's featured on Sally Morgans show when she does a personal Reading on her laptop. I also know the person being interviewed is Anthony Hopkins. As far as the music is concerned I am at a dead end. Please someone help!!!

It's Vladimir by Max Richter. That's definitely the version on the advert. As an aside, I remember the first time I heard it, it sounds very similar to another track by someone else with female vocals on it - it's now irritating me that I can't think of that one!!
