I heard a funky tune with Indian sitar in it the other and apparently it's not that new and it possibly appears in a Jamie Oliver Sainsbury advert. My head is done in. Any pointers greatly appreciated

The track is called 'Mather' and it's by The Dave Pike Set. It's a re-mix of a track called 'Indian Vibes'.
