It is on the 'meet joe black' soundtrack Thomas Newman

This song was also used on the 'Meet Joe Black' film staring Brad Pitt. The song is called:

Somewhere Over the Rainbow/What a Wonderful World by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole....

Its 'somewhere over the rainbow' and 'what a wonderful world' rolled into one.
