Song in TV liscence ad

I don't even know if the ad is on that much anymore, but for ages I've been wanting to know the title and artist of the club song played in the TV liscence ad where one guy is having loads of fun in clubs and stuff and another is stuck working at a carwash cos he didn't pay his TV liscence. Think it has the words 'baby make your move' and 'cross the line' in?

which was actually a copy of "Dave Armstrong - Make Your Move", like "Eric Prydz - Call on Me" was infact just a copy of a very limited release of a track by Thomas Bangalter who actually later remixed the Eric Prydz version:-p (something like that anyway:-D)
