Hello. I recently watched an advert for car insurance which featured a slightly tubby gentleman in evening dress and sporting a rather large waxed moustache. He was singing about car insurance in a very good tenor voice to the tune of a very old ww1 tune called " Over There". Can anyone tell me who the singer is? Thanks S.O.G.
