raced home from work to run my son to work or his late shift at 7pm and just before we set out there, he noticed water running down his bedroom wall!!! There's a leak throught the ceiling and I am now awaiting a plumber..........this could be a long night, no cold water either, so I'm on the baileys. Not a big deal really as we've spotted it in time, and I've a bottle of white wine in the fridge chilling too. I'm taking bets on hoew long the plumber takes to get here.

I missed that post granny lol kn0bby is banned from the site, i haven't reported his name today but someone must have been annoyed at him lol Well, maybe several people, he's upset sooooo many.
Question Author
WOW!!!!! 25 minutes!!!!!!! he;'s in the loft now, God Bless Housing Associations and especially Plumbers who work for them lol
Thats great news dot! Why is this guy kn0bby so hated here, you said you talked to him, does everyone know each other here, and what has this guy done?
Question Author
I avoid repeating the reasons he was banned from the site (by successive editorial staff), the fact he is banned and continues to be removed when he surfaces should speak volumes.
I was going to say it does'nt matter as i don't want you or myself to get into trouble for talking about a banned user.

But i agree with you if someone is told to vacate someone elses premises ie, a home, a shop, or indeed an internet forum, to say no and stay there my force where your not wanted would usually get you arrested, hated and in more problems then when it started! Why anyone would overstay their welcome knowing they're hated and unwanted in an situation is beyond me, maybe the poor man has mental problems that need addressing? Ooh look at me getting involved again, Im off to make the dinner, See you later dot.

No no charge as it is housing association property and so the plumber just turned up, said a pipe had come loose from the tank that feeds the boiler and they need to send someone tomorrow with a part, and he left after discussing his greyhound /spaniel cross as Bingo was quite lively and friendly and we chatted about the dogs and how i lost max and that Bingo's legs had gone, he was really pleasant and is finishing a 24 hour on call shift at 10pm. I didn't feel sorry for him cos he is probably on at least double time, like i have been today, except i get time off for it and he said he got paid lol
