... to your children when they were young (or still do, if they're still young?)

I used to sing to my Daniel Spaniel "You are my Sunshine, my only Sunshine". and when he was about 9 months old "Come on Eileen" was number 1 and he used to love me to sing that to him, and dance around the living room.

Spookily enough - I reminded him of this only the other week - and he swears he remembers both!!

when they were naughty (which was often) I didnt need to smack them. I used to sing "The Summer of 69" instead. That soon shut them up!

I can tell you what song was playing in the care coming home after Ben was born at 26 weeks, I had to pull in to the side , it was Amazing by George Michael...ooohhh got lump in me throat now, the words were so apt
