Music from Water Aid campaign

Can anyone tell me the name of the song and artist currently being used in the Water Aid campaign? It's been used before and sounds African maybe?

I think it's 'Now We Are Free' By Lisa Gerrard and Hans Zimmer, from the Gladiator Sountrack, from the only Water Aid Campaign I seen on TV.

Oh yeah and it's also featured in the Trailer for the movie 'House of Flying Daggers'.

It is actually the last three tracks of the 'Gladiator' film  soundtrack - 15. Elysium, 16. Honor Him, and 17. Now We Are Free. The last song, 'Now We Are Free' is the one you recognise from House of Flying Daggers and the water aid advert.
